不晓得房价好久才能不跌了
基本上是不可能跌好多了土地价格决定了
房地产市场还不能崩
最好是把包包捂紧点
解决实际问题，我这两年也没啥钱买房子
房市下行，明年也不一定能翻盘。
企业的利润应该在合理的范围之内。
多招商引资，才能留住人才，人口。这两年除了刚需，谁还买房。
说得好，但是实现难
