<span style="font-size:16px;">为进一步便民、利民，简化业务办理流程，根据《中华人民共和国民法典》有关规定，现就优化市辖三区抵押人领取房地产抵押登记证书有关事项通告如下：</span>

<span style="font-size:16px;">一、2016年9月23日以前在我局办理了房地产抵押登记业务并提供了房地产权属证书（房屋所有权证、土地使用证或预告登记证明）的，自2023年9月6日起，抵押人持本人身份证件在市房地产管理局3楼业务大厅申请领取其提供的房地产权属证书。</span>

<span style="font-size:16px;">二、为避免抵押人集中领取房地产权属证书，造成等候时间过长、给办事群众带来不便的现象发生，请抵押人按以下时段前来领取：</span>

<section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 8px;" class="">
<span style="font-size:16px;">（一）2013年及以前年度办理抵押登记的，请抵押人在2023年9月来我局申请领取。</span>
</section>
<section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 8px;" class="">
<span style="font-size:16px;">（二）2014—2015年办理抵押登记的，请抵押人在2023年10月来我局申请领取。</span>
</section>
<section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 8px;" class="">
<span style="font-size:16px;">（三）2016年1月—9月23日办理抵押登记的，请抵押人在2023年11月来我局申请领取。</span>
</section>
<section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 8px;" class="">
<span style="font-size:16px;">（四）以上3个时段未前来领取的，请抵押人在之后的工作时间来我局申请领取。</span>

<span style="font-size:16px;">三、因机构改革和业务调整，在2016年9月23日以后办理不动产抵押登记或抵押注销登记业务的，其相关业务办理事宜请向当地不动产登记机构咨询。</span>
