16px;">为充分保障公民户籍信息“真实、准确、完整、及时”，切实维护人民群众合法权益，按照《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》及《中华人民共和国居民身份证管理法》的相关规定，市公安局决定从即日起至11月底，在全市范围内开展户籍人口清理核查工作，现将有关事项通告如下：</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 16px;"><span style="color: #FFFFFF;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 16px;">一、清理无户口人员、待定人员户口登记问题。对常住人口中出生、迁入及无户口人员，依照有关规定及时办理户籍登记手续。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 16px;"><span style="color: #FFFFFF;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 16px;">二、清理应销未销户口。公民服现役、死亡或加入外国国籍、出国（境）定居的，应到户籍地公安派出所或公安办证大厅办理户口注销手续。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 16px;"><span style="color: #FFFFFF;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 16px;">三、清理重复（虚假）户口。对存在两个以上户口、虚假户口、冒用他人身份的公民，依照有关法律政策规定保留其真实合法的常住户口，注销其他重复（虚假）户口，请积极配合办理注销、纠正手续。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 16px;"><span style="color: #FFFFFF;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 16px;">四、清理集体户。对人户分离、空挂户等户口，符合现有规定迁到实际居住地的，请配合办理迁移；符合家庭户落户条件的集体户人员，请及时主动申请将户口从集体户迁移至家庭户。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 16px;"><span style="color: #FFFFFF;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 16px;">五、全面登记流动人口信息。公民离开户籍地到达跨县（市、区）居住地的，应向居住地派出所申请居住登记。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 16px;"><span style="color: #FFFFFF;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 16px;">六、全面清理未办第二代居民身份证人员。公民应当自年满十六周岁之日起，及时到公安办证服务大厅或公安派出所申领居民身份证。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 16px;"><span style="color: #FFFFFF;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 16px;">七、更正户口差错信息。户口簿上登记项目如职业、文化程度、婚姻状况等发生变化、或出生日期、性别、民族成份等登记项目错误需要变更、更正的，请持相关证件或证明前往户籍地派出所或公安办证服务大厅变更、更正，确保居民户口簿、居民身份证与本人实际情况一致。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 16px;"><span style="color: #FFFFFF;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 16px;">八、征集户口问题线索。如发现或掌握非法买卖户口或居民身份证的，一人存在两个或两个以上户口、冒用他人户籍信息办理身份证的，伪造变造出生医学证明、户口迁移证件等办理户籍业务、居民身份证的，因死亡、加入外国国籍、服现役等原因户口应销未销的，公安机关工作人员办理假户口、假居民身份证的，以及其他违法户口、居民身份证管理规定的问题线索，可以向公安机关举报，公安机关将严格为举报人保密。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 16px;"><span style="color: #FFFFFF;text-shadow: none;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 16px;">全市广大市民发现有上述情况及相关问题的，可通过扫描本人户籍所在地的“四川e码”标准地址二维码（参考样式附后），或到户籍地派出所和各地办证服务大厅进行自主申报。不便自主申报的人员，可由村（居）委会或辖区派出所代为申报。公安机关将对市民申报内容进行严格保密处理。对申报的问题户籍信息，公安机关将在调查核实后按程序予以更正。感谢广大市民的支持配合！</span></p><section
