!important;">为尽快破案，帮助群众挽回损失，专案民警夜以继日对案件进行深度研判分析，在抽丝剥茧中慢慢摸清犯罪嫌疑人流窜作案的规律和线路，经过大量的比对分析研判，最终锁定了犯罪嫌疑人罗某军。2月28日，在充分掌握罗某军犯罪事实的基础上，专案民警通过周密部署，一举将罗某军抓获归案，并现场查获三轮车、扳手、油桶等作案工具。</span></section></section><section
