#131212;">2023年1月，南充市公安局高坪区分局刑警大队合成作战室在工作中发现外省上网逃犯陈某近期在高坪辖区活动。发现线索后，合成作战室民、辅警通过调取陈某活动地视频监控和天网信息，经过缜密研判，成功分析出陈某活动轨迹。春节前夕，经过周密部署，民警成功将陈某抓获归案。经查，2022年6月，犯罪嫌疑人陈某伙同他人运用刷单手段骗取受害人李某12万元，并从中非法获利5000元。同年7月，陈某被湖南省益阳警方上网追逃。</span></p><section
