5px;"><strong>李莉指出</strong>，未来5-10年全县教育的总体发展思路是：全面贯彻落实党的教育方针，坚持教育优先发展的战略定位不动摇，大力实施科教兴县和人才强县战略，以促进教育公平为导向，以培养合格人才为主线，以师资建设为核心，以基础教育为重点，以改革创新为动力，全面夯实教育基础，实现县域教育高品质发展。力争到2030年义务教育学校标准化率达95%以上，教育信息化率达100%；教育质量显著提升，综合指标位居全市前列；教育结构逐步优化，特殊教育、继续教育全面加强，普职教比达5：5，初步建立各类教育协调发展的现代教育体系，基本建成办学特色鲜明、具有较强竞争力的教育强县。</p><p
