#F2F6FC;">陈发清副厅长一行沿着蜿蜒的乡间小路，深入</span>高坪区青莲街道桐子坝村看望了烈士遗属何玉兰，与老人亲切交谈，详细询问近期身体健康状况，要求地方退役军人事务部门全面做好烈士遗属的生活保障，积极主动为他们排忧解难。在慰问残疾军人杨大维时，陈发清强调，退役军人事务部门要认真落实各项优抚政策，用情用心帮助退役军人解决实际困难，切实把党和政府的关心关怀落到实处，用心用情用力做好各项工作。在残疾军人何俊杰家中，陈发清副厅长详细询问了何俊杰身体情况及家庭情况，关心了解其伤残补助金是否按时足额发放，勉励何俊杰要坚守退役军人本色，把工作做好、把生活过好、把身体照顾好。</section><section
