2px;">根据《新型冠状病毒肺炎防控方案（第九版）》《关于进一步优化新冠肺炎疫情防控措施 科学精准做好防控工作的通知》《中小学校和托幼机构新冠肺炎疫情防控技术方案（第六版）》《顺庆区学生闭环管理措施》等文件精神，顺庆区在报告本土非管控感染者且存在社区传播风险时，我校按规定实行师生员工、校内住户闭环管理措施。</span></p><section style="white-space: border-box;">一、在家管理措施</strong></span></section><section style="white-space: normal;background-color: #ffffff;text-indent: 2em;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">（一）保持良好卫生习惯。</strong>做到在家勤洗手、勤通风、多消毒等。</span></section><section style="white-space: normal;background-color: #ffffff;text-indent: 2em;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">（二）规范外出聚集活动。</strong>非必要不外出，不得参加聚集性活动，特别是不得参加密闭空间聚集性活动；学生不得参加线下校外培训。</span></section><section style="white-space: normal;background-color: #ffffff;text-indent: 2em;box-sizing: border-box;">（三）严格个人健康监测。</strong>一旦出现发热、干咳、咽痛等“十大”症状，要做好个人防护，不乘坐公共交通工具，及时到医院发热门诊就医，并及时向学校报告。</span></section><section style="white-space: normal;background-color: #ffffff;text-indent: 2em;box-sizing: border-box;">（四）报备家庭成员状况。</strong>学生和家长须共同落实疫情防控要求，避免接触近期外地来（返）南人员。家庭共同居住者中有新冠肺炎感染者、密切接触者、高风险区旅居史人员等情况，应当第一时间向社区和学校报备。</span></section><section style="white-space: normal;background-color: #ffffff;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">二、上下学管理措施</span></strong></section><section style="box-sizing: border-box;">（一）全程规范佩戴口罩。</strong>严格落实“小手拉大手，一起戴口罩”行动，学生及接送学生的家长必须全程规范佩戴口罩。</span></section><section style="white-space: normal;background-color: #ffffff;text-indent: border-box;">（二）实行家校两点一线。</strong>上下学途中不得在外逗留，尽量不乘坐公共交通工具，不前往其他人员聚集场所。</span></section><section style="white-space: normal;background-color: #ffffff;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: border-box;">（一）减少学生校内流动。</strong>在严格消杀基础上，减少公共功能室、会议室使用频次，上下学、食堂就餐实行错峰错时。</span></section><section style="white-space: normal;background-color: #ffffff;text-indent: 2em;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">（二）规范学生集体活动。</strong>出访、研学等必要的外出活动以及校内大型集体活动，需按要求备案审核后方可实施。</span></section><section style="white-space: normal;background-color: #ffffff;text-indent: 2em;box-sizing:
