style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;">朗池街道西城花苑的康定干，患有视力二级残疾，拿到盲人阅读器的那一刻，他高兴地说：“谢谢大家对我们特殊群体的关心，让我们从抱着收音机听，慢慢开始抱着书读，现在开始可以抱着阅读器随时随地阅读了，学习好了就能更好地为社会服务。”</p></section></section><section normal;">“点子就是代表汉语拼音的abcd，六点就是语文的语字......”营山县盲人协会副会长、盲文指导老师李兴琼给大家介绍道，学习盲文和学习汉语拼音一样，只要掌握了盲文，就能快速进行盲文阅读。她还给大家介绍了盲文图书、有声读物、阅读设施和设备情况，发放了国家通用盲文辅导手册等盲文图物，讲解了如何使用盲文、阅读盲文，并一对一进行指导阅读。</p></section><section normal;">今年以来，营山县盲人协会开展了义诊按摩、盲人外出学习、盲人技能培训、盲文辅导阅读等活动。营山县盲人阅览室设在营山县中医医院底楼，营山县残疾人服务中心旁，阅览室里有盲用电脑屏、盲文点读机、盲文点显器、网络智能听书机、盲文写字板、智能书籍阅读器、手持式电子助视器、盲文打字机等设施设备上百件，盲人书籍近千册，概算投资近百万元。</p></section><section
