border-box;">每到一处，督导组认真听取儿童康复机构负责人关于疫情防控工作落实情况介绍，实地检查了机构出入口“四码”（健康码、场所码、行程码、返乡人员报备二维码）显眼位置张贴情况，严格落实进入机构人员“四必查”（戴口罩必查、健康码必查、行程卡必查、扫场所码必查）措施，儿童康复机构疫情防控物资的准备及日常消杀工作。查看了儿童康复训练档案，现场抽取部份儿童签到打卡记录，并与康复机构工作人员及在训残疾儿童家长共同探讨残疾儿童康复工作的疑难问题，听取了他们在康复训练中的意见和建议。</span></section></section><section border-box;">督导过程中，罗双全对各机构疫情防控康复训练工作给予了充分肯定，同时提出了几点要求：一是做好疫情防控工作预案，出入口要安排专人专岗，规范做好人员扫码、测量体温、查看核酸“阴性”证明等疫情防控措施，要统筹安排康复儿童错时训练时间，有效控制机构人员密度，同时督促残疾儿童和陪护家长做好自我防护，提高防护意识，确保残疾儿童康复训练安全有序开展，为残疾儿童提供一个健康安全的康复环境。二是要加强机构全面建设，采取切实有效的管理措施，抓好日常管理，定期自查自纠，将康复训练档案资料做实做细，做到档案资料填写的及时、全面、真实。确保救助资金使用效率，提高残疾儿童康复服务质量，不断的提升康复水平和康复效果，增强社会及残疾儿童家长的认可度和满意度。</p></section><section
