!important;">党组书记、理事长陈永建同志对下步工作提出了四点要求：一是明确目标任务，必须按时按质按量完成项目任务；二是抢抓进度、争分夺秒。前期受疫情影响，货物发不出来、人员进不了村，导致项目进度严重滞后，因此要求供应商要及时采购到位、上足人员，务必于9月底前全面完成；三是强化项目监理。今年南部县无障碍改造项目在全市率先实现项目监理制度，要求监理单位要严格按照财评、采购文件进行数量、质量、规格等内容进行监理，做到时间提前、准确无误；四是加强教育引导。此项目是东西部协作项目，资金来源于对口帮扶地区浙江省瑞安市，施工方、监理方及残联要加强宣传，教育广大受益户要知党恩、跟党走、感恩瑞安人民的深情厚谊。</span></section><section
