会议指出，加强党风、政风学习建设，要常抓不懈、警钟长鸣、警示提醒；要旗帜鲜明讲政治，勤学善思强本领，苦干实干勇担当，严格自律讲规矩。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"> 会议明确，做好国庆假期和党的二十大期间残疾人信访维稳工作，维护全县残联系统的和谐稳定大局，是残联全体干部职工义不容辞的政治责任。营山县残联特成立信访维稳工作领导小组，理事长任组长，副理事长、支部委员任副组长，股室负责人为成员，领导小组下设办公室。并及时印发了《 关于做好国庆和党的二十大期间信访维稳工作的通知》文件。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"> 会议要求，系统、乡镇专干、专门协会要加强领导，形成合力，明确目标，压紧压实责任，全面排查风险。做到高度重视、精心谋划；下沉一线，收集线索；问题前置，精准防控。要坚持以人民为中心的发展理念，密切联系广大残疾人，要深入了解，重点盯牢残疾人“急难愁盼”问题和信访反映的普遍性诉求，防范化解风险；要广泛开展接访、邀访、探视工作，聚焦特殊困难，用心用情帮扶救助。让残疾人朋友充分感受到公平正义和社会的关爱与温暖。以优异的成绩和良好的社会氛围喜迎国庆节的到来和党的二十大胜利召开！</p></section><section
