全线下跌！南充132个二手房价格曝光！

line-height: 1.75em;">在顺庆区统计的67个小区中，下跌幅度最多的新华小区，环比下跌36.79%；下跌幅度最少的金鱼岭花园A区房，环比下跌3.88%。不少老小区的挂牌价格相对于新房价格相差不大，比如卡布基洛的挂牌价格是6811元/㎡，现在顺庆区的新房住宅均价在7000左右。有些二手房价格相对新房价格也有高出不少的，比如西蜀嘉园的挂牌价10203元.㎡，不过，该片区在售的新房锦华府的价格也在11000元/㎡。</p><p style="border: 0px;
