                                                据悉，今年3月以来，市辖三区发生多起三轮车、电瓶车被盗案件， 严重侵害了群众切身利益和财产安全，群众反映强烈 。为严厉打击犯罪分子的嚣张气焰，接到报案后，高坪公安刑侦大队侵财中队立即组织精干警力，对系列盗窃案件进行侦办。通过现场勘查和调查走访，刑侦民警发现系列盗窃电瓶车案的嫌疑人作案时间、作案手法基本一致，初步判定多起盗窃案系同一团伙所为。经过调取案发区域周边监控，刑侦民警最终从海量的视频监控中成功<span style="color:#00b0f0;"><strong>锁定犯罪嫌疑人张某（35岁，盗窃前科人员）和唐某（52岁，盗窃前科人员）。</strong></span>

                                                4月上旬，在刑事侦查中心的技术支撑下，侵财中队联合长乐派出所在辖区将准备再次作案的张某和唐某抓获。经审讯，张某和唐某如实供述了其多次盗窃三轮车和电瓶车的犯罪事实。经查，张某和唐某林系盗窃前科人员，2024年3月以来，两人多次在市辖三区和蓬安等地以撬锁搭线的方式盗窃三轮车和电瓶车。
