<span style="text-indent: 2.25em;">审查过程中，周某给执行干警打来电话，认为法院的异议审查不合理，要求立刻为其执行。</span><span style="text-indent: 2.25em;">执行干警向其耐心释明了相关的法律规定和执行程序中需要处理的问题。</span><span style="text-indent: 2.25em;">但周某不听劝解，认为自身要求没有得到满足，在电话中对执行干警进行肆意诋毁、辱骂，发表挑衅执法权威的不当言论，气焰十分嚣张，造成恶劣影响。</span>
