嘉陵区关于2024年全区天然水域春季禁渔的通告

                                        <span style="letter-spacing:1px;">为了进一步保护和合理利用天然水域渔业资源，促进渔业经济可持续发展，根据《中华人民共和国渔业法》《四川省〈中华人民共和国渔业法〉实施办法》等法律法规的有关规定，结合我区实际，现对2024年全区天然水域春季禁渔相关事项通告如下：</span>

                                        <span style="letter-spacing:1px;"><strong>一、禁渔范围</strong></span>
                                </p>
                                <p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">
                                        <span style="letter-spacing:1px;">嘉陵区境内的所有天然水域。</span>
                                </p>
                                <p style="margin-top: 8px; margin-bottom: 8px; text-indent: 2.125em;">
                                        <span style="letter-spacing:1px;"><strong>二、禁渔时间</strong></span>
                                </p>
                                <p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">
                                        <span style="letter-spacing:1px;">2024年3月1日0时至6月30日24时。</span>
                                </p>
                                <p style="margin-top: 8px; margin-bottom: 8px; text-indent: 2.125em;">
                                        <span style="letter-spacing:1px;"><strong>三、禁渔内容</strong></span>
                                </p>
                                <p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">
                                        <span style="letter-spacing:1px;">（一）禁渔期和禁渔区内，禁止捕捞作业、游钓和水禽放养，禁止扎巢取卵、挖沙采石，禁止销售、收购在禁渔期和禁渔区内捕捞的渔获物。</span>
                                </p>
                                <p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">
                                        <span style="letter-spacing:1px;">（二）坚决查处天然水域内违禁捕捞、游钓作业等违法行为；严厉打击市场、餐馆内非法收购、销售天然水域水产品的违法行为。</span>
                                </p>
                                <p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">
                                        <span style="letter-spacing:1px;">（三）任何公民都有拒绝购买或消费天然水域水产品、举报各类违法违禁的权利和义务。</span>
                                </p>

                                        <span style="letter-spacing:1px;"><strong>四、违法处理</strong></span>
                                </p>
                                <p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">
                                        <span style="letter-spacing:1px;">凡违反禁渔规定触犯渔业法律法规的，区农业农村局将依法严肃查处；凡以养殖水产品冒充天然水域水产品进行虚假宣传销售的，区市场监督管理局将依法严肃查处；凡禁渔期、禁渔区内使用电力捕鱼等禁用方法或使用禁用工具捕捞的，区公安分局将依法打击。</span>
