<span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;font-family:微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">2023年，南充海关深化拓展“我为群众办实事”实践活动、“企呼关应”等工作机制，主动把学习和调研落实到为企办实事、推动高质量发展中去。为企业开展RCEP政策、出口食品企业备案、出口食品企业对外推荐注册、进出口危化品及其包装检验监管模式改革等宣传培训、业务指导，引导企业用足用好政策。2023年，我市对共建“一带一路”国家进出口值达78.9亿元，增长178.6%，占进出口总值的68.9%；对RCEP其他贸易伙伴进出口值达52.4亿元，增长181%，占进出口总值的45.8%。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;font-family:微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">去年，南充海关聚焦民营企业期盼与诉求，提升监管效能和服务水平，不断优化口岸营商环境，为农产品出口企业建立进出口鲜活易腐农食产品属地查检绿色通道，保障萝卜等新鲜农产品出口快速通关。为生丝生产企业开通出口“绿色通道”，提供“7×24小时”预约通关服务，助力辖区6A级生丝走入欧美市场。南充海关还保障新能源汽车整车通过南充保税物流中心（B型）快速申报出口。2023年，我市民营企业进出口值达112.5亿元，增长91.6%，占进出口总值的98.3%。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;font-family:微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">助推高质量发展、助力高水平开放。南充海关联合市商务局等相关部门加强保税物流中心功能、外经贸政策宣传，实行“科长带班、卡口轮班”制度，“7×24小时”办理通关、查验、放行手续，做到“即到即提、快速验放”，不断提升南充保税物流中心（B型）运营管理水平，2023年南充保税物流中心（B型）一线进出口总值17.5亿元，同比增长119.6%，在全国82个运营的保税物流中心中排名第28位，比2022年提升6位。发挥南充保税物流中心（B型）国际物流集散分拨作用，支持我市打造中欧班列、西部陆海新通道南充组货基地，2023年开行中欧班列5列、中老班列1列，货值1.3亿元；开行卡班59班次、货值2亿元。</span>
