<span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">该诈骗集团于2020年在缅甸设立，2020年4月开始大量组织国内居民偷越国境，前往其设立在缅甸的诈骗窝点从事电信网络诈骗活动。该犯罪集团受武装保护，内部实行“公司化”运营管理，有较为固定的组织架构和明确分工，设有老板-总监-代理-团队主管-小组长-业务员的层级，并设有后台、后勤、财务等部门。</span>

<span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">公司后勤人员用工作手机下载交友软件，注册、上号、虚构人设，更改地图定位，重点添加28-35岁的女性为好友。随后业务员与被害人进行情感聊天尽量确定男女网恋关系，引导被害人下载“汇顶科技”“海思科技”等虚假投资理财APP软件进行充值理财，在被害人获取小额投资回报后诱导被害人加大投资金额，再以非法获取彩金、未达流水、提现金额过大、缴纳保证金等理由诱导被害人继续充值，让被害人不能提现，从而诈骗被害人钱财。</span>
