<span style="outline: 0px;color: #000000;" >2023年10月，高坪公安刑侦大队侦查中心在工作中发现山东省东明县公安局发布的网上在逃人员李某山在绵阳市周边活动轨迹。掌握线索后，刑侦民警高度重视，立即对情报进行分析研判，并通过周密部署，于10月20日在江油市将李某山抓获归案。经查，1992年6月，犯罪嫌疑人李某山涉嫌在山东省东明县故意杀害一人，重伤一人后潜逃。当月，李某被山东警方列为网上在逃人员。</span>
