                                                <span style="font-size:16px;">10月11日，从市城乡规划设计研究院获悉，作为南充国家文化旅游度假区建设的重大项目，《南充市中心城区嘉陵江风景绿道规划》（以下简称《规划》）已通过市规委会评审。</span><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #007aaa;">根据《规划》，南充将规划6处码头和8处停靠点，以此进一步扩充嘉陵江（南充段）水上旅游航线。</span></strong>

                                                <span style="font-size:16px;">今年9月27日，我市启动嘉陵江水上旅游活动，在市辖三区嘉陵江段，上演水上竞速、水上飞人等水上表演，推出帆船、桨板等水上体验，开展嘉陵江观光游、嘉陵江夜游等水上观光活动，活动一直持续到10月5日。</span>

                                                <span style="font-size:16px;">市文广旅局相关负责人介绍，嘉陵江城区段旅游资源丰富，相关文旅项目从启动至今运营良好。夜游嘉陵江项目自开通以来，备受游客青睐，游客乘船量平均每年上万人次。该负责人表示，我市还正在打造嘉陵江水上黄金廊道，打造凤仪湾·中法农业科技园—小龙门航电枢纽—都京丝绸小镇段的“江上游”度假旅游精品，充分展示嘉陵江秀美风光和主城区璀璨夜景。</span>

                                                <span style="font-size:16px;">嘉陵江南充城区段旅游的开发，对水上航线的打造提出了要求。市城乡规划设计研究院相关负责人称，根据规划，嘉陵江城区段将打造新的水上航线，开展嘉陵江旅游度假“江上游”。其中从华兴寺嘉陵江大桥到白塔嘉陵江大桥段水上巴士打造已初具规模，国庆节前开通嘉舟丽港至万达广场水上巴士，并推出“快艇游嘉陵江”水上游乐项目，该段共规划2处游船停靠点，规划利用现在王府井停靠点、规划新建凯悦嘉轩停靠点,适当位置可增设停车场，与对岸南充旅游码头共同形成整体水上游线。</span>

                                                <span style="font-size:16px;" >市城乡规划设计研究院该负责人介绍，水上游线的打造对沿岸码头和停靠点的打造提出了要求。根据《规划》，我市嘉陵江水上旅游航线将进一步扩充，提升现状码头，适距新建停靠点，规划6处码头，其中新增千年绸都第一坊、黄金江岸、清晖阁旅游及会展新城4处码头，对南充旅游码头和龙门客运码头进行提升；规划8处停靠点，其中新增六合、朱凤寺、凯悦嘉轩及阳光广场4处停靠点，继续使用现有王府井、观澜、清泉坝及双女石4处停靠点。</span>

                                                <span style="font-size:16px;">据悉，停靠点与码头选在到达交通比较方便的地方，选取时往往结合机动车出入口进行布局，其布设原则为：码头和停靠点在设置上结合岸边业态，例如结合游憩公园、滨水商业考虑休憩娱乐、文化感知等元素。同时保留升级现状码头，结合自然地势与岸线增设部分停靠点，满足水上交通需求。</span>
