2px;">为加强全市无人机飞行管理，依法严厉打击各类违法违规飞行行为，根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》和《四川省民用无人驾驶航空器安全管理暂行规定》等有关法律法规，市公安局将对全市范围内的民用无人机开展登记备案工作。现将有关事项通告如下：</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;outline: 0px;text-indent: YaHei';">本通告所称的民用无人机是指最大起飞重量大于250克（含250克），并从事非军事、警务和海关飞行任务的低空慢速小目标航空器。</span></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="outline: 0px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><strong style="outline: 0px;"><span style="outline: 0px;color: #FFFFFF;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';">二、登记流程。</span></strong><span style="outline: 0px;color: #FFFFFF;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';">无人机持有者或单位携带无人机及本人身份证原件到所在地公安机关治安大队现场登记备案。</span></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="outline: 0px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><strong style="outline: 0px;"><span style="outline: 0px;color: #FFFFFF;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';">三、法律责任。</span></strong><span style="outline: 0px;color: #FFFFFF;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';">对未按规定登记的，由公安机关责令改正，依照《四川省民用无人驾驶航空器安全管理暂行规定》对公民个人处以1000元以下罚款，对企业或单位处1000元以上30000元以下罚款。</span></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height:
