南充此地查处一起虚假宣传神医神药案

近日，营山县市场监管局执法人员在开展2023年民生领域“神医”“神药”虚假违法广告专项执法检查中，发现营山县蓼叶镇天池街某苗药苗医馆张贴有四张醒目广告喷绘，上有“人有稀奇古怪病 医有千家绝妙方 贵州民间草药祖传秘方”等字样，宣传其使用的草药主治肺结核、肝肺肾炎、癫痫病、心脏病、各种胃病、各种结石、各种腰痛等多种疾病，馆内悬挂有1面“感谢贵州苗药
