2px;">轻型和超轻型飞机（含轻型和超轻型直升机）、滑翔机、三角翼、动力三角翼、载人气球（热气球）、飞艇、滑翔伞、动力伞、无人机、航空模型、无人驾驶自由气球、系留气球等12类，不得在禁飞时间和禁飞区域内起降，飞行。因执行重大飞行任务的电视转播、航拍、警务、应急救援、气象探测等需要在禁飞时间和禁飞区域内起降，飞行的，应当提前到南充市公安局高坪区分局治安管理大队申报批准备案。</span></p></section><section><section 2px;">在禁飞时间和禁飞区域内未经批准起飞、升空的无人机等“低慢小”飞行器，公安机关将会同有关部门采取必要措施使其迫降，并根据《中华人民共和国刑法》、《中华人民共和国民用航空法》、《通用航空飞行管制条例》、《民用机场管理条例》、《四川省民用无人驾驶航空器安全管理暂行规定》、《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》等法律法规，依法严肃追究有关单位和个人的责任，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p
