style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">2023</span>年越冬代蜀柏毒蛾发生较为严重的柏木林区实施飞机喷药防治。为确保安全，现将有关事项通告如下：</span></p><section style="text-indent: 2em;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><span style="color: #007AAA;"><strong>一、防治时间：</strong></span>2023年4月14日至17日期间择时进行。</span></section><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size:15px;"><span style="color: #007AAA;"><strong>二、防治区域：</strong></span>全区<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">3</span>万余亩，涉及新复乡、共兴镇、双桥镇、李家镇、芦溪镇、金台镇、渔溪镇、潆溪街道、华凤街道、西山街道和西山风景区，具体点位以各乡镇（街道）通知为准。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size:15px;"><span style="color: #007AAA;"><strong>三、施用药剂：</strong></span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">1.2%</span>烟碱·苦参碱乳油（以中草药为主要原料研制而成的植物源无公害药剂）。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: #007AAA;font-size: 15px;"><strong>四、注意事项</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（一）飞机喷药前，防治区域内的家养蜜蜂、蚕必须提前迁出作业区，待施药一周后再迁回。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（二）飞机喷药期间，水产养殖业、桑树种植业请提前做好相关防护工作。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（三）飞机喷药期间，施药区域群众要对裸露的饮用水源进行严密覆盖，防止污染。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（四）施药后<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">3</span>—<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">5</span>天内，应尽量避免家禽、家畜进入施药区域。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（五）施药后<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">1</span>—<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">2</span>天内，在施药区采摘的新鲜瓜果蔬菜、桑叶、野生植物等食材，须用淡盐水浸泡清洗后方可食（饲）用。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size:
