现在新房子在高配转的情况下房地产公司为了追求最大利益会现在电梯选择上选电板择低配的所以电梯容易出故障、质量监督部门应该在验收方面负责点！

电梯安全事关居民群众的生命安全，定期进行维护检修，物业公司切勿去省下这笔检验费。否则，这摊上的事可就不小了！
