normal;">“春蕾计划”成立于1989年，是由全国妇联、中国儿童少年基金会（简称中国儿基会）发起、各级妇联共同参与实施、致力于改善困境女童受教育状况的公益项目。2022年9月，南充市妇联积极响应中国儿童少年基金会号召，组织开展“春蕾计划”公益项目联合劝募活动，在各界爱心人士的共同努力下，共筹集善款500余万元。目前第一批专项助学金已拨至我市并已陆续发放到受助女生手中。</p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section
