YaHei';">督查组一行先后深入各餐饮门店、生产车间、后厨操作间、学校食堂等查看安全卫生情况，采取现场检查、查阅资料、面谈问询等方式，对食品生产经营单位进行实地督导检查，就食品安全总监和食品安全员设立和履职情况、食品安全相关制度建立运行、责任制落实情况及“日管控、周排查、月调度”工作机制落实情况进行现场检查，督促其不断强化食品安全主体责任意识，严格执行食品经营相关制度，把食品安全风险降到最低。</span></p><p><br/></p><p
