南充市嘉陵区城南街打造潮汐市场，或设为步行街

2em;">“潮汐市场还在完善，摊位中还将安装店招、台桌等。”嘉陵区火花街道宝光山社区党委委员任启东介绍，城南街两端随后将安装牌坊和阻车器，开市时段阻车器将升起，防止人车混行，只在特定情况下允许消防车、救护车、警车等通行。闭市时段，阻车器将降下，允许所有车辆通行。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;margin-bottom:
