不整顿一下就要乱套了 办好人民满意教育 缺了举报渠道 这些规定出台的非常好，但关键是如何落实在实处？如何去监督这些规定的落实？ 如果南充能像深圳那样对违法违规的城管那样执行有奖举报，那么这些现象就不复存在。
