上传图片晒图-3元返现”等内容。这种行为实质是通过给予利益诱惑消费者更多作出好评，极易误导消费者摒弃对相关商品的真实感受作出夸大或虚假的评价，以达到增加对相关商品赞誉与好评的数量，从而提高相关商品的影响力实现销售目的，其结果是导致后来的消费者不能从用户评价中获取对相关商品的真实判断，被误导做出错误的消费决定。<strong><span style="color: #1D1D57;">当事人的行为涉嫌违反了《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》第八条第一款“ 经营者不得对其商品的性能、功能、质量、销售状况、用户评价、曾获荣誉等作虚假或者引人误解的商业宣传，欺骗、误导消费者。”的规定，构成了对商品的用户评价进行虚假宣传的违法行为，蓬安县市场监管局依法对其立案调查。</span></strong></span></p></section><section
