border-box;">作为南充市统筹推进的重点项目，大学城校区开工建设前各项工作有序推进：</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;box-sizing: border-box;">一是建设用地基本落实，主校区首批1606亩土地已通过“招拍挂”程序取得，其余214亩土地纳入2023年土地报征计划。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">二是正在通过多渠道筹集建设资金。目前，迁建项目已到位资金6亿元，同时与国开行、农商行等多家银行进行融资工作对接，计划融资55-60亿元，目前已形成融资可研报告。三是已完成勘察设计和监理招标，正在准备施工招标。</p></section></section><section style="margin-top: 20px;box-sizing: border-box;" style="margin-bottom: 20px;box-sizing: border-box;">新校区规划占地面积达2820亩，其中校区1815亩，附属医院100亩，教职工宿舍405亩，预留发展空间500亩。按计划，新校门将在2023年6月交付使用。学校搬迁后，原顺庆校区将保留少量建筑，改为学校博物馆，以传承文脉。</p><p style="box-sizing:
