2px;">为确保2023年春节期间县城区道路交通安全畅通，针对春节期间外地务工人员、大专院校学生等回乡过年，人流、车流、物流猛增，县城区道路因停车难而易发交通拥堵的实际情况，为多方面解决春节期间县城区车辆停放问题，经与相关单位协调沟通，在相关单位内部设立免费临时停车场，对城区部分停车场实行限时免费开放，供广大市民免费临时停车。现将有关事项通告如下：</span></section><section 2px;">一、县企事业机关免费停车点及时间：</span></strong></section><section style="white-space: normal;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;color: #000000;letter-spacing: 2px;">自2023年1月17日（农历腊月二十六）至2月5日（农历正月十五）止，将临时开放县城区主干道沿线临街的财政局、国税局、实验小学、周口中学、城东路小学、应急局、信访局、蓬安职业中学、县委党校等机关和学校，设立免费临时停车点，对外开放。</span></section><section style="white-space: normal;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;color: #000000;letter-spacing: 2px;">二、县城免费停车场及时间：</span></strong></section><section style="white-space: normal;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;color: #000000;letter-spacing: 2px;">自2023年1月19日（农历腊月二十八）至1月29日（农历正月初八），县城棉麻路停车场、老看守所停车场、原县医院停车场、丝绸街停车场、马电停车场、文君路停车场、周口小学停车场、相如广场停车场、糖果厂工商银行外停车场、原砂砖厂停车场共计10个停车场，对外免费开放，供广大车主停放。2023年1月19日（农历腊月二十八）至1月29日止（农历正月初八），县城区所有路边收费停车场，实行免费开放停车。</span></section><section 15px;color: #000000;letter-spacing: 2px;">城区内禁止货车停放，所有货车均停放在河舒工业园鞋帽产业园内。（行车路线：1、安汉大道—建材大道—鞋帽产业园；2、燕山大道（经枣儿垭红绿灯路口左转）—建材大道—鞋帽产业园）。</span></section><section style="white-space: normal;line-height: 2px;">（二）请广大车主在停放车辆时，自觉遵守停车场规定，做到文明停车，对不服从管理影响正常工作的，工作人员有权拒绝车主停车要求，如损坏停车场设施的，必须照价赔偿。</span></section><section style="white-space: normal;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;text-indent: 2em;"><span
