sans-serif;">。坚持“一切盯着项目看、一切围着项目转、一切扭住项目干”，把抓项目促投资作为新区工作的重中之重，用项目投资工作的新成效，积极营造“大干快上”的氛围；抓好重点项目建设各环节和全要素保障，强力推进前期手续办理，按照时间节点抓好项目开工，用心用情有力做好政策、资金、平台等各方面服务，及时协调解决项目推进中的困难问题，严格督查考核，确保签约项目早日落地、在建项目加速推进、建成项目尽快达产达效；注重产业群的培育和企业的链式发展，加强产业要素的聚合联动，尽快在高端制造业、泛半导体产业、汽车汽配、文旅融合等重点领域形成项目建设新亮点、实现新突破。</span><strong><span sans-serif;">。坚持“一手抓存量、一手抓增量”，深入开展资本招商、专业招商、精准招商，引进更多具有引领性、支撑性作用的产业项目，重点培育发展龙头产业，确保明年投资实现较大幅度增长；把企业培育作为重中之重，抓好中科九微、凯普松、中景航天等现有重点企业发展，加快推进科创中心、低碳产业园两大平台的企业招引，努力实现满园入驻；创新政务服务模式，实行“一网通办、全程代办、只跑一次”，着力构建低成本要素环境，形成产业发展的相对优势。</span></p><p
