border-box;">近年来，南充抢抓全省烈士纪念设施三年提升行动机遇，7处烈士纪念设施提质改造被纳入《四川省烈士纪念设施三年提升行动方案（2021-2023年）》。坚持“一个项目、一名领导、一个团队、一抓到底”的工作机制，通过现场办公等形式督项目、提对策、促提速，建立会商协调机制，梳理解决项目建设过程中存在的各类问题，细化责任，建立台账，定期销号。建立“六方联动”督导机制，紧盯烈士纪念设施项目进行跟踪问效，实行一周一督查、一月一通报、一季度一评比，推动项目建设出进度、出形象、出成效，投资量、实物量、工作量“三量齐增”。2023年底，实现每个县（市）政府所在地都有一处一定规模且具备教育、纪念功能的烈士纪念设施目标，让红色文化在南充大地上鲜亮起来。</p></section><section border-box;">研究制定了《南充市烈士纪念设施规范管理标准》《南充市市级烈士纪念设施申报评定细则》，进一步强化了部门协同，推进规范管理。以县级以下烈士纪念设施整修为契机，全面落实“摸底数、做规划、建体系、促提升、抓规范、重宣传”六项工作举措，推动三轮摸底和数据校核，精准掌握包括零散烈士墓在内的所有烈士纪念设施的地理位置、设施要素、纪念意义、安葬数量、人员队伍等情况，完善了烈士纪念设施数据库，开发“一体化共享应用平台”，公开全市烈士纪念设施相关信息，方便群众祭扫，接受社会监督。迁葬零散烈士墓60座，就地整修烈士墓70座，修整其它烈士纪念设施31处，加大对烈士陵园及周边环境提升的投入力度，达到净化、亮化、绿化、美化的标准，全市范围内的烈士纪念设施整修率达到100%。</p></section><section
