15px;">2021年6月19日下午6点30分，顺庆区盛世金岭小区一四楼住户家中突发火灾，滚滚浓烟将一名幼童和老人困于屋内。小区对面的个体工商户王威见此紧急情况，毫不犹豫地奔向着火小区，从小区门卫室顶部沿防护栏徒手攀爬至三楼与四楼窗户中间的隔断上，从老人手中接过了小孩并送至安全地带。开车路过的顺庆区人武部保安李龙见状，立即从车上取下安全绳，与下班回家的装修工人肖正保一起迅速冲至楼顶，两人配合放绳施救，引导老人把安全带绑在身上，并紧紧抓住绳子，慢慢将老人下放至二楼平台上，交给了二楼平台上的王威。在三人的密切配合下，被困火场的老人和幼童成功获救。</span></p><p 15px;">根据《四川省保护和奖励见义勇为条例》和《南充市保护和奖励见义勇为实施办法》（南府发（2021）7号）精神，经顺庆区推荐，市委政法委组织相关单位复核，市保护和奖励见义勇为工作联席会议审议，王威、李龙、肖正保勇救火灾中被困幼童、老人的事迹被评选为“见义勇为先进群体”候选对象，并予以公示。后被正式评选为全市见义勇为先进群体。12月8日，市政府常务会议讨论通过，决定对王威、李龙、肖正保见义勇为先进群体进行表扬和奖励，奖励每人人民币5千元。</span></p><p
