#3D68A1;"><strong>成功捣毁制假售假窝点5个，抓获犯罪嫌疑人7名，查扣药品包装盒等材料330万个，假药胶囊350万余粒，木瓜粉、双氯酚酸钠等制假原料8500公斤，涉案金额高达1.7亿元。</strong></span></span></p><p style="text-align:center;"><img class="rich_pages wxw-img" 据悉，今年5月，仪陇县市场监管局稽查执法人员在县内一药店开展日常监督检查时，发现一老人正手持药瓶和包装盒向药店营业员咨询品名为“乌梢蛇佛手胶囊”的功效。执法人员敏锐察觉该药品外包装极为可疑，随即向该名老人仔细询问药品疗效和购买地址等情况。经老人回忆，该药是其女儿在一家网店购买。通过老人女儿提供的快递单登录售药网店，与国家药监局网站注册大数据比对分析，执法人员发现该网店疑似销售假药。根据该线索由点及面、深挖细查，执法人员相继在网上发现“蓝天代购小店”“天策食品”等10余个店铺在售卖同类“乌梢蛇佛手胶囊”产品，消费记录高达1200余条。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">因案情重大，县市场监管局迅速上报南充市市场监管局，在得到“乌梢蛇佛手胶囊”假药认定后，立即启动假药案件办理行刑衔接机制，将该案移送至县公安局。市监、公安两单位迅即制定捣窝毁链侦办目标，抽调精干力量成立专案组，充分发挥各自专业优势，紧密配合、抽丝剥茧、梳理线索，在完成了对犯罪嫌疑人胡某、刘某所经营网店网销假药的数据调查取证后，锁定了朱某、黄某等主要犯罪嫌疑人的固定住所，又对朱某经常使用车辆及其行驶轨迹顺藤摸瓜，梳理出了多个疑似生产假药窝点。专案组远赴河南省郑州、禹州两地，全力克服地域不熟、网店注册地址与实际地址不符等困难，经过连日摸排走访、全程跟踪蹲守、秘密调查取证，准确掌握了一干嫌疑人等的活动规律，果断开展收网行动，成功抓获朱某、黄某、刘某、赵某等7名犯罪嫌疑人，一举捣毁了生产销售假药窝点。</span></p><section 2em;">经查明，2021年1月以来，该案主要犯罪嫌疑人朱某与黄某2人，长期通过电商平台倒卖声称具有治疗风湿痛、关节痛等功效的“便宜药”，賺取差价、牟取利益。2021年5月，朱某为牟取更大利益，学习了生产制作假药技术，购买了胶囊灌装机、胶囊压机等生产设备，将木瓜粉、玉米粉和双氯酚酸钠等原料按比例混合制作了大批胶囊，将其装瓶加贴假药商标标识后，“三无产品”摇身一变成了“特效药”。为扩大假药生产规模，朱某通过黄某先后雇请刘某、赵某等人，在赵某家用养猪场内生产胶囊药，由刘某2人分别在其自用住宅内进行包装。为扩宽销售渠道，朱某先后在购物平台注册和向他人购买了10余家店铺，以网络下单、快递邮寄的方式，面向全国顾客销售其生产的假药，涉案快递单高达8万份。2021年5月至2022年6月期间，朱某、黄某一干人等生产的22种假药商品销售额达61万元人民币，在涉案的三处生产窝点及库房查获的成品假药商品共计19274瓶。</span></p><p
