255);">据了解，此次演练由西充县委、县政府主办，西充县消防安全委员会承办，西充县应急管理局、西充县南台街道办协办，组织该县交警大队、县消防救援大队、县人民医院等10个单位，形成先期处置组、交通管制组、火情处置组等8个作战单元，共130余人参与。演练科目包括先期处置、紧急报警、救援力量集结、灭火救援行动展开、交通管制、伤员救治等。</p><p style="box-sizing: 255);">该演练模拟西充县安汉大道二段凌云帝景大厦12层一酒店发生“火灾”，在“烟囱效应”作用下，火势迅速向上蔓延，大厦内部有大量人员亟待疏散。据了解，该建筑总体高度99米，地上建筑33层，住户276户，具有体量大、层数多、功能复杂、人员密集等特点。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;margin-top: 1em;margin-bottom: 255);">“火灾”发生后，该大厦物业管理公司迅速响应，立即拨打火警电话，组织微型消防站救援人员开展初期处置，紧急疏散大楼内部群众；该县交警大队对火灾现场各交通要道开展交通管制，南台街道办、当地社区工作人员利用扩音设备安抚被困群众；消防救援人员分为3个小组，一边利用消防车喷水控制火势，一边搜救被困群众；医疗救护人员备好救护车，做好紧急救护和运送受伤人员准备。</p><p 255);">搜救过程中，消防救援人员将“救人”摆在首位，逐户敲击房门进行搜索，发现12楼1号住户防盗门因火势作用导致变形无法打开，为快速救出被困群众，消防人员紧密配合，有的使用金属切割机破拆防盗门，有的利用水枪喷水降温防止火势蔓延，破除防盗门后，消防人员为被困人员戴上防毒面具，带领其从安全通道顺利撤离。</p><p style="box-sizing:
