!important;">疫情期间，市场监督管理的主要工作对象涵盖农贸市场、药店、餐饮、棋牌室、冷链冷库五个行业，其中又以农贸市场这类保供行业最为重要。李军介绍，很多老年人赶农贸市场不规范佩戴口罩，就算当时要求戴了，一会又退到下巴上了，值守的市监干部就要上前劝导，一天下来，往往说得口干舌燥、声音嘶哑。另一方面，在第二人民市场的商户需要每日筛查核酸，但商户每天很早就要进货、铺货，忙完一通，又要守摊摊售卖，难免就有人不去做核酸。面对不去做核酸的商贩，市监干部又不能次次处罚了事，如何解决这个问题，成了李军心头的一块石头。<p !important;">可不可以罚那些没有落实防疫措施的商贩来当“公益员”呢？一是可以让大家受到教育，二是商贩们也更容易接受，如此还能增加“公益人员”，有效监督整个市场的进出人员落实防疫规定。主意拿定，李军就大胆的尝试，对凡是未规范佩戴口罩或未按时做核酸的商户，一次提醒，二次警告，三次直接停业责令去做核酸，然后到市场门口当半天“公益员”，配合街道、社区、市监人员值守，督促入市的居民落实防疫规定。办法一出，效果很好。如今，商户们都会自觉戴好口罩，还会彼此提醒按时参加核酸检测，因为一旦被发现，可能面临的就是停业半天，谁也不想错失了生意。<p
