为在最短时间内打赢“10.15”疫情防控阻击战，市应急指挥部第35、36号公告明确要求棋牌室等密闭场所继续暂停开放。当前，正值疫情防控关键时期，不扎堆、不聚集，既是对自己健康负责，也是对一线防控人员艰辛付出的尊重。然而，疫情期间违反疫情防控规定的行为仍时有发生。10月20日督查发现，顺庆区、嘉陵区部分棋牌室不落实疫情防控规定，擅自开放营业。对此，辖区市场监管等部门已按规定予以处理。为以儆效尤，现就相关情况通报如下：</span></p><p 10月20日19:00至23:00，督查组对三区22家（其中，顺庆4家、嘉陵2家、高坪16家）棋牌室进行随机督查。查获顺庆区丰登路博雅会所、嘉陵区居逸巷后海茶府2家经营主体违反35、36号公告规定，擅自营业。情况反馈后，辖区市场监管部门、公安部门已对棋牌室经营者、娱乐人员进行批评教育，责令立即停业。</span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span style="font-size:16px;"> 下一步，市场监管部门、公安机关将继续加强监督检查，对棋牌室擅自营业的，一律依法从重处理。对屡教不改的，将依法从重处理直至吊销营业执照，构成犯罪的一律移送司法机关。</span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">
