style="font-size: 15px;color: #FFFFFF;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';">一、封闭顺庆、高坪连接通道上中坝大桥，车辆经清泉寺大桥、白塔大桥和下中坝大桥通行；封闭顺庆、嘉陵连接通道西河南路隧道，车辆经西河大桥、桓子河大桥通行。</span></p><p YaHei';">二、清泉寺大桥、白塔大桥、下中坝大桥、西河大桥、桓子河大桥以及国道G212站前大道路口、兰海高速南充北收费站、绕城高速顺庆收费站设立交通管控点，对过往通行车辆实施管控。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;color: #FFFFFF;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';">三、市民驾车跨区上下班的，凭单位证明和24小时核酸阴性证明通行。单位证明仅作为居住地至工作地“两点一线”通勤使用。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;color: #FFFFFF;font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei';">四、保障城乡运行的救护车、公务车、消防车、警车、物资保障货运车辆、邮政快递车辆、市政、环卫、园林、工程抢险等车辆允许跨区通行。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height:
