“有时候社区核酸采样较多，会出现缺少转运车辆的情况，杨哥很多时候驾驶自己的车转运。他比较忙时，甚至直接把私车交付社区用于核酸样本的运输。”据滨江社区其他志愿者介绍，杨新平是中城街道滨江社区的“老人”，已为社区提供志愿服务6年。自南充“8.21”疫情发生以来，杨新平始终保持“退伍不褪色”的光荣传统，第一时间参与场地布置、器械搬运、医疗卫生用品采购等工作，为全民核酸采样提供志愿服务。期间，他每天早上四、五点就起床，白天忙一整天，晚上为辖区500余户居民进行核酸采样宣传、入户登记信息等工作，常常和社区工作人员忙到第二天凌晨一两点。除此之外，杨新平还一人承担了核酸样本收集、清点送达、清理运输医废品、清点物资消耗情况等工作，每天往返于滨江社区6个采样点位之间四五趟，转运样品6400余件。</span></section><section “‘三无小区’是疫情防控工作中的重点、难点区域，‘三无’小区工作力量薄弱，居民自觉意识较差，管理难度比较大，为此，我们前期做了很多关于疫情防控网格化管理、政策宣传、信息登记等基础信息摸排工作，并对单元楼内人员进行登记，填写人员摸排登记信息表，确保摸排工作不漏一户、不落一人。”何伟刚告诉记者，为防止居民排队太长、等候太久，还实行了分楼栋单元错峰开展核酸检测，电话通知将要进行核酸检测楼栋的居民，再到底楼“喊话”。</span></p><p
