justify-content: flex-start;" class="_135editor"><section style="text-align: justify;"><p style="white-space: normal;"><strong><span style="color: #5F9CEF;">一是推动建设一批基础设施。</span></strong>大力提升县城商业综合服务和辐射带动能力、全力推动新建或改造提升集商贸市场和综合服务等业态为一体的乡镇商贸站点，引导支持农村电商服务站点、益农信息社、邮政 综合便民服务站、村邮站、基层供销社、退役军人服务站、农村 金融综合服务站等多站合一、服务共享，打造“一点多能”站点。全市累计建成县城综合商贸服务中心9个、乡镇商贸中心106个，村级便民商店2615个。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p></section></section><section style="justify-content: center;" class="_135editor"><section style="text-align: justify;"><p style="white-space: normal;"><strong><span style="color: #5F9CEF;">二是培育壮大一批商业市场主体。</span></strong>全力实施中央财政农商互联暨农产品供应链项目17个，争取专项资金2200万元，支持友信龙等大型流通企业下沉供应链，推进农产品产地仓储保鲜物流设施建设。全面做好2022年农产品流通项目摸底汇总，累计上报重点项目10个。依托7个县（市、区）国家级电子商务进农村综合示范县项目，加强电商创业、市场营销等技能培训，累计培训1.5万人次。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;"><strong><span style="color: #5F9CEF;">三是构建完善一批商贸流通网络。</span></strong>充分发挥南充现代物流园区的龙头带动效应，深入实施省级大型区域分拨中心建设，积极整合邮政、快递、物流、商贸流通、农资等资源，通过统一仓储、分拣、运输、配送开展县乡村物流共同配送，鼓励通过“互联网+物流”赋能方式盘活社会闲置运力，推动解决农村物流“最后一公里”难题。到2025年，力争规上物流企业达到60家，对GDP的贡献达到8%以上，全市社会物流总产值突破1000亿元。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;"><strong><span style="color: #5F9CEF;">四是全力争创一批中省试点。</span></strong>按照《关于支持实施县域商业建设行动（2022-2025）的通知》（财办建〔2022〕18号）和《县域商业体系建设行动实施方案（2022年—2025年）》等文件要求，广泛组织9县（市、区）人民政府全力争创国省项目试点，全市累计梳理重点项目43个，计划总投资11.1亿元。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p></section></section><section style="height: auto;" class="_135editor"><section style="justify-content: center;
