仿宋_GB2312;">造成此次持续高温天气的直接推手就是副热带高压（简称“副高”）。气象学上所称的副热带，就是一般地理上所说的亚热带。赤道热带的上升气流，旋转到这里，变为下沉气流，因而属于高气压带，所以叫“副热带高压”。冬季，受太阳辐射影响，副高强度和范围都会变小，在西北太平洋上蜷缩成一团。夏季，气温升高，副高势力增强，向北移动、向西延伸，控制我国中东部。</span></p><p style="text-indent:37px;line-height:37px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">副高属于暖性高压带，气流下沉，有利于地面增温；加之在大范围高压带的作用下，空气较为干燥，晴朗少云，在这种情况下，太阳辐射可以更多到达地面，使得地面和近地面大气获得更多的热量。离副热带高压中心越近，下沉气流越强，增温越明显，越是酷热难耐。今年8月副热带高压比常年同期更强大、更稳定，且长时间维持在四川盆地上空，这也就是今年南充气温总体偏高的原因。</span></p><p style="text-indent:37px;line-height:37px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">此外，除了受副热带高压影响，还叠加地形因素，四川盆地空气对流较弱，使得热量堆积，再加上偏南风不断输送水汽导致湿度加大，处于四川盆地的南充当然也常常被“桑拿”天气包围，闷热难耐。</span></p><p 仿宋_GB2312;">当然，有关专家认为，造成持续高温热浪的根本原因还是全球变暖的增暖放大与调制作用，全球变暖不仅会带来更多的高温热浪、局地强降雨、洪水，气温上升还会导致冰川融化、陆地干旱、荒漠化，加快水分蒸发与水土流失，最终形成更多的极端天气气候事件。</span></p><p><br/></p></section></section></section></section><p 仿宋_GB2312;">日开始，伏旱范围将进一步扩大到全市大部地方。这也会对农业生产带来明显影响，持续高温加快土壤水分蒸发，加大坡台地旱地作物用水矛盾，成熟期水稻受“高温逼熟”影响可能会减少产量，持续高温也会对晚熟柑橘果实造成“日灼”伤害。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent:37px;line-height:37px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">受持续高温热浪影响，电网用电负荷勇攀高峰。据电力部门分析，7月用电负荷量250万/千瓦，7月15日创下今年最高达279.96万/千瓦，同比增长</span>14<span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">.4％，降温负荷最大达到150万/千瓦，南充9县（市、区）7月以来45次刷新用电负荷记录。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent:37px;line-height:37px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">持续高温天气带来的健康风险也不容忽视，一般来说，热浪的强度越大，持续时间越长，对健康的影响就越大。7月以来，南充热射病病例不断，还有热射病死亡病例报告。同时相关研究表明，高温是缺血性中风、呼吸道疾病、糖尿病等疾病的重要诱发因素，对于本身就患有呼吸系统疾病、心血管疾病和糖尿病等疾病的人群，在高温热浪来临时还会有加重症状的可能。</span></p></section><section
