YaHei';">二、在本通告公布之日起至2022年9月30日前投案自首或主动交出涉枪涉爆物品，构成违反治安管理行为的，依法减轻处罚或者不予处罚；构成犯罪的，依法从轻、减轻处罚或者免除处罚。逾期不投案自首、不交出非法物品的，依法从严惩处。对窝藏、包庇涉枪涉爆等违法犯罪分子，帮助违法犯罪分子毁灭、伪造证据的，依法追究法律责任；公民发现遗弃的枪支、弹药、爆炸物品或者疑似枪支、弹药、爆炸物品的，应当立即报告当地公安机关。</span></p><p
