1em;">四川罡兴律师事务所律师唐亮:《民法典》第二百七十九条规定,“业主不得违反法律、法规以及管理规约,将住宅改变为经营性用房。业主将住宅改变为经营性用房的,除遵守法律、法规以及管理规约外,应当经有利害关系的业主一致同意。”车库作为住宅的附属设施,可以参照关于住宅的法律规定执行。因此,如果业主欲将车库改变为经营性用房,应取得利害关系人同意。如果要进行外立面、消防、排水等改造或建设,还应经相关部门批准。</p></section><section
