border-box;">“要确保基本农田、粮食播种面积和粮食产量不减少，必须将撂荒地治理作为重中之重。”据南充市嘉陵区龙蟠镇党委书记孙伟告诉记者，过去，南充市嘉陵区龙蟠镇由于劳动力大量外出，出现不少撂荒地。近年来，南充市嘉陵区龙蟠镇坚持党建引领，探索将撂荒地整治与壮大村级集体经济相结合，采取“党支部+龙头企业+专业合作社+农户”的模式大规模改造荒山荒坡，通过“专业化、机械化、科技化、订单化”四化工程走规模化经营之路，有效解决了土地撂荒问题。截至目前，南充市嘉陵区龙蟠镇已累计复耕复垦撂荒地9500亩种植粮油作物。</p></section><section
