!important;">2022年3月3日，阆中市市场监督管理局药械化监管股会同江南监管所对杜某诊所进行检查时，执法人员发现该诊所未建立药品购进台账、药品未按要求分类存放。在其治疗室发现生产日期为2020.02.17、有效期至2022.01的可立袋葡萄糖注射液2瓶已过期。执法人员于是对该诊所使用的药品开展全面检查，又在其药品货架上发现葫芦岛国帝药业有限责任公司生产、生产日期为2019年12月24日、有效期至2021年12月23日的复方莪术油栓4盒，四川依科制药有限公司生产、生产日期为2019年09月03日、有效期至2021年8月的蜀中红药片2盒，执法人员还在其观察室中发现与上述葡萄糖注射液同生产厂家、同规格、同批号、同生产日期及有效期的药品30瓶。</span></section><section
