border-box;">对比周边一楼相同户型，记者发现凉亭处于绿化带之中，由隔离栏将绿化带相隔并与一楼阳台相连，成为一楼住户家的绿化花园。这与业主介绍一致。一楼居民拿出一份加盖有该小区开发商公章的《商品房买卖合同》补充协议，该协议明确，“与底层房屋相邻形成的花园归底层买受人使用、管理、维护，其他买受人自愿放弃”。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;box-sizing: border-box;">一楼居民表示，自己根据协议，使用花园，“最初，我只是将花园地面硬化，后来才搭建凉亭。”一楼居民翻出手机照片解释，楼上居民装修期间，多次有水泥块、泡沫胶、不明液体等掉落下来，“担心高空坠物伤人，我才搭建了凉亭盖上雨棚。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;box-sizing: border-box;">“为了尽量避免影响邻居，我会清扫棚顶的垃圾。”一楼居民还拿出几段手机视频告诉记者，自己每个星期都会清扫一次雨棚。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;box-sizing:
