!important;">据该局相关负责人解释，禁钓区即常年禁止垂钓的水域，包括南充市境内6个水生生物保护区（仪陇河特有鱼类国家级水产种质资源保护区、李家河鲫鱼国家级水产种质资源保护区、构溪河特有鱼类国家级水产种质资源保护区、消水河国家级水产种质资源保护区、嘉陵江南部段国家级水产种质资源保护区、嘉陵江南充段省级水产种质资源保护区）所在河流及其一级支流，以及各县（市、区）渔业行政主管部门确定的禁钓区，今后四川省长江流域新建立的水生生物保护区自建立之日起也纳入禁钓区范围。而休闲垂钓则是指以不破坏渔业资源为原则，以休闲娱乐为目的，钓具钓法和钓获物符合规定，钓获物不用于交易获利的垂钓行为。 !important;">《制度》特别规定，每年3月1日0时至6月30日24时为禁钓期。禁钓期内，全市天然水域禁止垂钓。 <p style="vertical-align: inherit;max-inline-size: 100%;cursor: text;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;outline: none 0px !important;">在垂钓方式方面，《制度》也作出了规定，禁钓区、禁钓期之外，每名垂钓者只能使用一根鱼竿、一线、鱼钩钩尖总数不超过两个的钓具进行垂钓。使用探鱼设备、视频辅助装置；使用船艇、排筏等水上漂浮物；使用含有毒有害物质的钓饵、窝料和添加剂以及鱼虾类活体水生生物饵料、窝料；钩宽超过2cm的鱼钩，以及国省公布的禁用渔（钓）具和禁用方法则是《制度》禁止使用的垂钓方法。 <p !important;">在禁钓区、禁钓期之外钓鱼，广大钓鱼爱好者也需注意，禁止钓获国家和省级重点保护水生野生动物，如若误钓，应立即放回原水体。若重点保护水生野生动物受伤严重，应及时报告属地渔业行政主管部门，开展收容救护。另外，垂钓者每人每天垂钓期间，留取的钓获物总重量不得超过2.5千克，超出部分应当立即放回原水体。钓获单尾（只）重量超过2.5千克的，可以留取，其他钓获物应当立即放回原水体；禁止丢弃、分散、隐藏应当立即放回原水体的钓获物；禁止销售、收购禁捕水域钓获物及其制品，有交易行为的视为非法捕捞。 !important;">“违反本《制度》规定，将按照相关法律法规对当事人实施处罚。”市农业农村局相关负责人介绍，为了让《制度》得到落地落实，市农业农村局将牵头负责全市禁捕水域休闲垂钓管理。各县（市、区）渔业行政主管部门负责所辖范围内禁捕水域休闲垂钓管理，会同相关部门加强禁捕水域休闲垂钓管理，依法查处非法、违规垂钓行为。</section></section></section></section><section
