!important;">土生土长的油坊街人杨万国已经89岁高龄，在他的记忆中，上世纪，这一片区的榨油坊主要都集中在油坊街。“油坊街上，百分之三十以上的商铺都是榨油坊，而且都是私人开的，家家户户将自己收的菜籽送到榨油坊，榨油坊的工人再采用传统的榨油方式，像撞钟一样，用木杵撞击木榨机，油便会慢慢渗进油缸。”杨万国说，这样的榨油方式既费时间又费体力。因此，还有一种方式，居民可以将自己收的菜籽拿到油坊里直接换油，这样减少了等待的时间。</span></p><p
